Have a question about our services or ready to get started? We’d love to hear from you. Reach out and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you’d like to talk about our services, ask a question or get the ball rolling, give us a call or send us a message using the form.
From your first conversation with us, you’ll notice the difference. We don’t rush. We take time to understand what support actually looks like for you: your goals, your routines, and what you want your life to feel like.
As a registered NDIS provider, we’ve met rigorous standards around safety, quality and participant rights. But registration is the floor, not the ceiling. What we bring above that is a team that communicates clearly, follows through on what they say, and stays responsive as your circumstances change.
If you’re comparing providers, we’d simply say: come and talk to us. One conversation is usually enough to get a feel for how we work.
If you’d like to know more about how we work, who we can support, or how to get started, we’ve answered some of the questions we hear most often below.
It depends on your situation, but we work as quickly as we can. Once you contact Infiniti Care, we’ll usually be in touch within one business day to have an initial conversation. From there, we’ll arrange a time to meet, go through your needs and goals, and work out the right support plan. For most participants, support can begin within one to two weeks.
If your situation is more urgent, let us know and we’ll do our best to move faster.
Consistency matters to us. We aim to match you with a primary support worker who becomes familiar with your routines, preferences and goals. Building that familiarity takes time, and we know it makes a real difference to how comfortable and confident you feel day to day.
That said, there will occasionally be times when your regular worker is unavailable. When that happens, we do our best to send someone you’ve met before, or at minimum, someone who has been fully briefed on your needs before they arrive.
We won’t just send a stranger with no context. That’s not how we work.
We’ll always let you know as early as possible. If your regular worker can’t make it, we’ll arrange cover and make sure the replacement worker is briefed on your preferences, routines and any relevant health or communication needs before the visit.
You won’t be left without support, and you won’t have to re-explain your situation from scratch.
Yes. Life changes, and your support should be able to change with it.
If your circumstances shift, whether that’s a new goal, a change in your health, a move, or simply a different routine, we’ll work with you to adjust your schedule and supports accordingly. We’d ask for as much notice as possible for routine changes, but we understand that not everything is predictable.
The best thing to do is call or message us and have a conversation. We’ll figure it out together.
We take the matching process seriously because a good fit makes everything work better.
When you first come on board, we’ll talk with you about what matters most: your personality, your communication style, your interests, your routines, and any specific needs or preferences you have around your support worker. If you have a preference around language, gender, cultural background or experience with particular disabilities or health conditions, tell us. We’ll do our best to find someone who fits.
We also consider the practical side: availability, location, and the specific skills needed for your support tasks. Where we have a nurse-led clinical need, we’ll ensure the right qualifications are in place.
After the first few visits, we’ll check in with you. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll make a change. We’d rather get it right than leave you with a match that isn’t working.
All Infiniti Care support workers hold the minimum qualifications required under the NDIS, including current NDIS Worker Screening Checks and Working with Children Checks where applicable.
Beyond the basics, many of our workers hold certificates in individual support, disability, aged care or community services. Our nurse-led model means that clinical oversight comes from qualified nursing staff, including our founder who is a registered nurse with over seven years of healthcare experience.
We also provide ongoing training and supervision so our team stays current on best practice, person-centred approaches, and any specific requirements relevant to the people they support.
